Reflecting on the insightful second session of the Constitution and Rule of Law Series held on January 31, 2024.

Esteemed panellists, such as Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima David Wong Dak Wah, Emeritus Professor Datuk Dr. Shad Saleem Faruqi, and Maha Balakrishnan (Research Fellow from the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network-Asia Headquarters, Sunway University), engaged in a compelling discussion on the “Role of the Judiciary in the Federal Constitution.” Also, it was a privilege to meet Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan, Malaysian entrant announced by Forbes’ 50 Over 50: Asia 2024 list.

The session, skillfully moderated by Mr. Christopher Leong, 30th President of the Malaysian Bar, saw participation from law students of University Malaya and other invited guests.
