Refunds

If you have made a purchase online for membership or an event and have a query about this charge, please contact mnzcc@mnzcc.org.my to have one of our staff contact you directly.

We offer refunds for events paid for and cancelled up to 48hours prior to the start of the event. We are unable to offer refunds after that cut off time, or for part-year subscriptions as a member of the MNZCC.
