Anzac Day, 25 April, is one of New Zealand’s most important days of national commemoration. It marks the anniversary of the first major action by New Zealand and Australian forces during the First World War, landing on the Gallipoli peninsula in Turkey.
While there will be no public Anzac Day ceremony in Kuala Lumpur this year due to COVID-19, the New Zealand High Commission and the Australian High Commission in Malaysia invite you to join us for a livestream of a closed service from Cheras Commonwealth War Cemetery. The Livestream will be played through the High Commission’s Facebook page Monday, 25 April.
